We at Phoenix Electrical would like to say a big a thank you to Phil and his team in bringing our company into the 21It century by upgrading our office software to Hosted Exchange so that we can now share and view each member of staff's calendars and having access to email on all our hand held devices which sync to their desktops, laptops etc...

Phil's team also provided us with a fantastic piece of software which enables us to have a constant live back-up ofall our tiles and also gives us the ability to access all our files from any computer in the world.

All this came from Phil coming into our office and listening to our needs and what we wanted, once again we would like to say a big thank you to Phil Base and his team.

Dear Phil

I thought I would put in writing my sincere thanks for the Computer Support Preventa and Phil Base have offered to Set & Match.

During a recent move and office refurbishment, one of our main PCs driving our Digital Printing Press crashed, with the outcome being that our Digital Press was down. Preventa were able to restore software and data with the minimum of fuss and downtime, Phil had no hesitation in trying to sort this for us over a weekend, made even more remarkable by the fact it was a Bank Holiday Weekend.

I would not hesitate to use Preventa's services again and would highly recommend them to any business requiring PC Support and upgrades.

Phil Base at Preventa Ltd recently recommended and supplied me with a license for ESET NOD32 Antivirus as a replacement for another antivirus package which was causing problems, especially causing my browser to lock completely for minutes after downloading a large file.

The ESET software is a huge improvement on the software I was running before, the only time that it has noticeably intruded is when it has detected a virus in an email. Exactly as it should be!

Preventa made the whole process extremely painless. As I didn't need assistance installing the software I received everything I needed by email for a trial, and when I informed Phil that I was happy with the software he simply sent me a permanent login to enter. No messing around reinstalling anything.
